Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as it isn't shipped yetPlease contact us by email at info@sonofagun.eu as soon as possible to seek the cancellation of your order. In order for us to properly handle your request, do not forget to include your order number.But, after an order is placed, it won't be possible to change the product or the size. As soon as you receive your refund for the cancellation, we advise you to request the cancellation of your order and make a new purchase of the proper item or items. Please be aware that you will need to create a new order in order to purchase the product if you just placed one and forgot to include it.Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

How do I track my order?

When your product is prepared to be shipped from our warehouse, the following delivery information will be included in an email you will receive.the products that are in the shipment.the name of the delivery company. Your tracking number along with a direct link so you can always find out where your delivery is.The number that the delivery service gives your goods is known as the tracking number. If you would like to get in touch with the courier directly, you will need to write down this number since they will need it to find your package and provide you with all the information you require. Note that the order will only be dispatched following its preparation in our warehouse. With the exception of the sales season and seasonal vacations, this process can take one to two working days. Shipment and provide you with all the necessary details.

How can I change an incorrect shipping address?

Please get in touch with us right away if you see any missing or inaccurate information about your order so that we can address the problem. To expedite the adjustment, please remember to provide all relevant information when contacting us.Additionally, keep in mind that, in accordance with PayPal's rules and regulations, we are unable to change the delivery address once you have made your payment through PayPal.

Can I pick up my online order from your website at one of your stores?

We are pleased to provide in-store pick-up options. In this way, you can pick your order more conveniently way and also save money on delivery.You will be required to choose in-store pickup at checkout above standard delivery. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is prepared for pickup at the store of your choice.There is an issue with the order I receivedWhen you receive your order, please contact us at info@sonofagun.eu if there are any problems. We'll try our hardest to find a solution for your problem.

How long will delivery take?

Our goal is for orders to be shipped out and reach you within the time frames we've provided for estimated delivery on the product pages. Every order is dispatched from our Portugal warehouse.An email with a tracking number will be provided to you once it ships.Certain delivery windows may be impacted by outside variables beyond our control. In the event that delivery problems are discovered, an article should be posted in the Help Center's Important Information area to convey this information.

What couriers do you use for delivery?

We use Fedex to send all of our PT orders.Depending on where you are located we use FedEx, DPD & Parcel Force for International orders.We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered then in most cases a card will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery, the courier should then attempt re-delivery 2 more times.If this fails then the parcel will be sent to a local pickup shop location for you to collect. The location will be displayed when you check your tracking number and you will need a valid form of ID to collect the parcel.If you have any issues finding the locations address then please contact us to info@sonofagun.eu and we can look into this for you.You will then have a week to collect the parcel.After this time if the parcel has not been collected then it will be returned back to our warehouse where the order will be refunded.If you have any issues finding the locations address then please contact us to info@sonofagun.eu and we can look into this for you.The item I bought has now reduced in price.If an item that you have bought has now reduced in price, then sadly we are unable to refund the difference.As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability.You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy which you can find here.Please note, items cannot be reserved for customer orders. We would recommend purchasing the item at the reduce price first and then returning your original order.

As a free trade area, the European Economic Area (EEA) excludes you from paying local taxes and customs duties.Customs duties are only incurred by orders that are shipped to the Canary Islands (Spain), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, and the Channel Islands (UK).Similarly, any international orders that are transported to a nation outside of the European Union (EU) can be subject to local taxes and customs charges, both of which are entirely out of our control and must be paid for by the client when the items are received.

Returns Terms and Guidelines Please see below our returns Terms and Guidelines:
* All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
* Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
* If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
* We also accept the return of sale items, please just follow our normal returns procedure for these.
* We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
* We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
* If returning an item from outside Portugal, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
* Son of a Gun is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Do I get a full refund if i didn't receive my order?

Once the shipment has been returned to our warehouse, the purchase will be refunded if the address supplied was incomplete or wrong.Note that you only will be refunded if the order has been returned to our warehouse.A shipment is rarely returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address or incomplete information. It is crucial that you follow these steps to prevent problems of this nature with order delivery:Verify the shipping address while making a purchase;review the information in the email you received upon confirmation of your order;get in touch with us if you find any incorrect information to info@sonofagun.eu

How long will my refund/exchange take?

For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This is dependent on who you bank with.If you have requested an exchange, a new order will be created for the exchanged item and a confirmation email with a new order number will be sent to you.If we do not have your requested item in stock, an email will be sent to you and a refund will be automatically processed.Please contact us to info@sonofagun.eu if you have any issues or questions."Christmas ReturnsOur Christmas returns policy is now in place.If you have placed an order from 1st December 2023 onwards, you can return this order to us following our usual returns policy, up until 14th January 2024, for an exchange or store credit only.Our normal refund policy of 14 days still applies at all time and can not be extended."

All of our products are 100% authentic and are provided to us directly from the brand.You can also check with each brand directly and they will be able to provide you further confirmation that we are a licensed stockist of their brand.

When I add a product to the cart, will the item be reserved for me?

No, products added to the cart are never reserved for future purchases in your customer account.
